What happens if I enter incorrect information?

If you have provided incorrect information (e.g., address, email address, or phone number), please contact Iron Studio as soon as possible via the live chat bubble on the website, contact addresses, or social platforms. We will ensure that your information is updated before sending your order.

Note: If you notify us too late and your order has already been shipped, it may affect the delivery of your package. You will be responsible for any additional costs that may arise.

Can I cancel my order?

Of course, if it has not been shipped yet, we can cancel your order. If you have any doubts about your order or definitely want to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible.

However, since our packaging/shipping department constantly strives to deliver products to our customers’ addresses quickly, we cannot guarantee that we will have enough time to cancel your order.

How can I track my order?

When you place an order, you will first receive an invoice via email, and then you will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please double-check to ensure it hasn’t fallen into your Spam folder.

If you want to get information about the whereabouts of your order, you can contact us through all social platforms or our communication channels to request your tracking number. Once your tracking number is provided by our representatives, you can track your shipment as you wish.

Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation?

If you placed an order but did not receive an order confirmation, your email address may have been entered incorrectly. Click here to contact us to see if we have received an order under your name.

We will be happy to correct the email address on record and send you the order confirmation. In other cases, the order may not have been completed, so please contact us before placing a new order to avoid duplicate orders.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How do you ship packages?

All orders are shipped securely and free of charge via Fedex and DHL shipping.

How much does transportation cost?

All your orders from Iron Studio will be delivered to your door free of charge.

When will my order be delivered?

After your payment is processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Your orders will be shipped within:

  • 2-7 business days for wood-based products,
  • 1-5 business days for iron-based products.

(Our workshop is closed on weekends.)

Before signing the delivery receipt, please check if your package is damaged due to transportation. If there is any damage to your package for any reason, please return your package to the courier without signing any delivery documents and request a report to be prepared by the courier. New product(s) will be sent to you immediately by us.

Once the delivery receipt is signed and the product(s) are received, it is legally considered that the product(s) are undamaged and in good condition.

PAYMENT

Which payment methods can I use?

  1. You can make secure payments with Visa and Mastercard cards through the Stripe infrastructure.
  2. You can complete your purchase by choosing the PayPal option.
